Allison Nichols

Customer Success Manager at Bound

Allison Nichols has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Allison began their career as a BSW Intern for the National Association Social Workers, Texas in 2008. Allison then worked as a BSW Intern for Texas RioGrande Legal Aid in 2010. In 2012, they began working as an Enrollment Specialist and Customer Relations Specialist for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas, as well as a Campus Ministry Service Break Experience Staff Advisor for St. Edward's University. In 2016, they became a Customer Support Team Lead for Blackbaud, and in 2019 they became a Customer Success Manager for Bound.

Allison Nichols attended St.Edward's University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Work. Prior to that, they attended The Woodlands High School.
