Jennifer Capodagli

Jennifer Capodagli, SHRM-CP, has an extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Jennifer currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Boundary Community Hospital since October 2021. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Lake Pend Oreille School District from August 2020 to October 2021. Jennifer also worked as a Recruiter at Bonner General Health from August 2016 to August 2020. Jennifer's earlier experience includes serving as an HR and Marketing Associate at The HealthCenter from August 2013 to August 2016 and as a Retail Investments Sales Administrator at PNC from 2003 to 2008.

Jennifer Capodagli, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington. Jennifer attended the university from 1994 to 1998. In July 2021, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the SHRM institution.
