David Kersey

David Kersey is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment origination, underwriting, and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Partner at Boundary Street Capital since January 2018, David previously held the role of Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group at CapitalSource from May 2014 to January 2018, focusing on senior debt facilities for middle-market private equity transactions. Earlier in their career, David worked as a Senior Associate at Deloitte & Touche LLP, providing advisory services for buy-side transactions. Additional experience includes a postgraduate role at the Financial Accounting Foundation, a teaching assistantship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and internships at KPMG US and Vanta Commercial Properties. David holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
