Lisa Allen

Lisa Allen has over 30 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Lisa is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Boundless Bio since April 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent at Belharra Therapeutics from March 2022. Lisa also has experience as a Senior Recruiter at Outset Medical, Inc. from October 2018 to April 2021. Lisa worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AMHR Partners and Outset Medical, Inc. from 2014 to 2017 and from 2016 to 2016, respectively. Additionally, Lisa has worked as a Contract Recruiter/Human Resources Generalist at Exelixis, Manager of Recruiting & Employee Communications at Elan Pharmaceuticals, and Senior Human Resources Representative at Gilead Sciences.

Lisa Allen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara from 1988 to 1992. Lisa later pursued a Master of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from UNSW between 1996 and 1997.
