Nicole Dukich Tesar, SHRM-CP has been working as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Scooter's Coffee since August 2021. Previously, Nicole held various positions at Target from June 2008 to August 2021, including Executive Team Leader-Human Resources, Executive Team Leader - General Merchandise, Executive Team Leader - Human Resources, and Executive Team Leader - Style. Nicole graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Throughout their career, Nicole has been responsible for managing daily HR operations, employee relations, hiring, staffing, talent management, team development, and engagement while leading teams through change and removing roadblocks proactively.
