Patty Nash

Patty Nash has extensive experience in employee experience and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Employee Experience Advisor at Scooter's Coffee since December 2014. Over the years at Scooter's Coffee, Patty has held various roles including Senior Manager of Employee Experience, Senior Manager of Learning and Development, and Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, Patty worked at Applied Underwriters as the Director of Recruiting and held positions as a recruiter and assistant manager in recruiting. Patty's early career included consulting for Alpha Phi International Fraternity, focusing on leadership and operational improvements for collegiate chapters. Patty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Dakota.
