Erik Finch has worked in a variety of roles in the public and private sectors. Erik began their career in 2001 as a Cryptologic Linguist in the United States Air Force. In 2008, they joined SpawMaxwell Company as an Assistant Superintendent. In 2009, they began working for the U.S. Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer, eventually becoming a Deputy Visa Chief, Nonimmigrant Visa Section Chief, Fraud Prevention Manager, and Consular Officer. In 2019, they joined USCIS as an Immigration Services Officer. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of Immigration Strategy at Boundless Immigration, where their roles include identifying areas of opportunity among emerging trends in worldwide immigration patterns and executing U.S. government immigration processes.
Erik Finch has obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Business from WSU Carson College of Business (2020-2022), a BA in Asian Studies/Korean from The University of Texas at Austin (2007-2009), an Associate in Applied Science from the Community College of the Air Force (2001-2007), and an Associate in Korean from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (2001-2003).
