Nicola Broom

Nicola Broom currently serves as COO and General Counsel at Boundless, a company that facilitates global employment compliance for organizations. Prior to this role, Nicola founded and operated upmysport, the world's first marketplace for sport and fitness instructors, from 2011 to 2017. Nicola also gained legal experience as Legal Counsel at Index Ventures, supporting investment teams in technology and life sciences, and as an Associate at Linklaters, where involvement included secondments to the Milan IPO and Brussels competition/antitrust teams. Early in the career, Nicola participated in the Deloitte Scholarship programme, focusing on corporate tax and recruitment. Nicola holds an LLB in Law from the University of Bristol and completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.
