Marcos C. began their career in 2015 as Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at NestReady, an AI-powered company that places lenders at the center of homebuying. In 2016, they became an Advisor at Techstars and in 2017 they joined the Board of Directors at JA Worldwide and became an Advisor at Founder Institute. In 2019, they became an Advisor at Holt Accelerator and CercleLocal, and in 2020 they became a Coach at Montréal inc. In 2021, Marcos C. became Co-Founder of Boundless Life, an organization that empowers families to have more fulfilling lives, and a Coach at Institut Innovation Gatineau. Marcos also became an Advisor at Wearshop Handbags.

Marcos C. began their education in 2000 at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, studying Economics & Business Administration. Marcos then moved to Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) in 2001, obtaining a DEUG in Economics & Management in 2003. Marcos concluded their education in 2006 with a MASTERS in International Business from ISC Paris.
