Ciera Shackelford

Ciera Shackelford has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the insurance and finance industry. Ciera is currently the Customer Success Team Lead at Boundless Rider, where they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they founded Mortgage Crisis Solution in January 2021, providing their expertise in the field. In October 2020, they founded HeirBorn Society LLC. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Ciera worked as an Agency Success Specialist at Hippo Insurance from August 2019 to August 2022. Ciera was also an Agency Owner and Insurance Agent at Glory Road Insurance- Horace Mann Company from November 2015 to December 2017. Earlier in their career, they held roles as an Insurance Agent at Allstate from September 2013 to October 2015, and as an Independent Insurance Agent at AFLAC from March 2013 to April 2014.

Ciera Shackelford attended Concordia University-Wisconsin (Beloit) from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice Management. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2005 to 2010, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for that time.
