Megan Ward

Megan Ward has a diverse and extensive work experience in the design field. Megan currently works at Bounti.ai as the Head of Design. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they served as the Product Design Director for Growth products at project44. Megan also worked as the Director of User Experience Design at Cambia Health Solutions from 2020 to 2021. Before that, Megan held multiple roles at New Relic, Inc., including Senior Director of Product Design, Director of Product Design, Product Design Manager, and Lead Product Designer. Megan played a crucial role in scaling the design organization and leading software teams. In addition, they have worked at frog as a Senior Interaction Designer, at R/GA as a Senior Experience Designer, at ROKKAN as a Senior Information Architect, and at The Digital Sense as a User Experience Designer. Megan began their career as an Editorial Intern at FiLife.com (Dow Jones/IAC Online Ventures).

Megan Ward attended Carleton College from 2004 to 2008, earning a BA in History, Environmental, and Technological Studies.
