Clayton Havens

Clayton Havens began their career in 1999 at CCH Incorporated as a Team Lead, where they managed a team of up to 20 fulltime and contract direct-reports, including hiring/firing responsibilities. Clayton also designed and implemented automated regression testing processes using Quick Test Pro, and trained other staff on its use and maintenance. In 2006, they took a Quality Analyst/Trainer (Contract) position at Hewlett-Packard, followed by a Senior Quality Engineer role at Insurance Technologies, Inc. where they played a key role in streamlining Freight Automation and 1Source WSDL testing through the use of QuickTest Professional. Clayton then moved to FedEx (Services) in 2010 as a Senior Technical Analyst, where they developed better test cases to further enhance the QTP test suite and significantly reduce test hours while increasing coverage and reducing defects. In 2011, they joined BountyJobs as a QA Team Manager, Senior Software Quality Analyst Engineer, Training Mentor, Lead Level 2 Technical Support Representative, and Senior Software Quality Engineer. In 2018, they became the CEO of Havik Solutions.

Clayton Havens attended Wichita State University from 1991 to 1993, studying Aerospace Engineering.
