Jennifer Mwongozi

Jennifer Mwongozi has worked in various accounting and finance roles since 2002. Jennifer started their career as an Accountant I, Partnership Financial Reporting at Samson Resources Company. Jennifer then moved to Senior Accountant, Partnership Financial Reporting, where they led the review of partnership transactions and close of monthly accounting cycles. In 2012, they took a role as a Personal Fitness Trainer at Equinox. In 2014, they returned to Samson Resources as an IT Business Analyst (Consultant). Finally, in 2015, they joined BountyJobs as a Controller, where they reported to the COO and served as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Throughout their career, Jennifer has driven improvements throughout the business, collaborated closely with all functional areas, and worked with IT to troubleshoot system problems. Jennifer has also been responsible for analyzing the company’s current practices and implementing new ones to ensure continuous process improvement.

Jennifer Mwongozi received their Bachelor of Science in General Business from Oklahoma State University in 2001. In 2012, they obtained their Certification in Personal Training from Focus Personal Training Institute.
