Olushola Balogun ACA, CISA has a strong background in risk management, compliance, and auditing. They currently hold the position of Head of Risk Management and Compliance at BOURBON. Prior to this role, they gained valuable experience at KPMG Nigeria, where they served as a Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate. During their time at KPMG, they developed expertise in risk management, compliance, auditing, and financial analysis. Before joining KPMG, Olushola worked as a Relationship Officer at Access Bank Plc, where they honed their skills in customer relationship management. Overall, Olushola has a diverse and comprehensive work experience in the finance and auditing sectors.

Olushola Balogun ACA, CISA completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, spanning from 2005 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Olushola obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA in October 2021. In July 2021, Olushola also became an Associate Member of ISACA. Additionally, Olushola obtained the Certified Enterprise Risk Management certification from the London School of Business and Finance LSBF in October 2017. In July 2017, Olushola became an Associate Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Lastly, Olushola was recognized as the Second Best ICAN Student at the Foundation Level in November 2014 by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, with the achievement being obtained in May 2015.
