Helen Osborne

Helen Osborne is a highly experienced professional in Environmental Health, currently serving as a Senior Environmental Health Officer at Bournemouth Borough Council since September 2016. Previously, Helen held the position of Commercial Team Leader at Eastleigh Borough Council from June 2009 to September 2016, where a promotion followed the voluntary redundancy of the Principal Environmental Health Officer for the food safety team. Additional experience includes a secondment as a Health & Safety Advisor at B&Q in 2014 and serving as an Environmental Health Officer at Wiltshire Council from January 2005 to June 2009. Helen earned an MSc in Environmental Health from the University of the West of England and a BSc (Hons) in Food Production, Development & Retailing from Bournemouth University.
