Jon Weaver

Jon Weaver serves as the Managing Director and Lead Consultant at Alpha 1 Outdoor Events Management and Marketing Consultancy, a position held since October 2023, where responsibilities include developing policies and strategies for local authorities to enhance outdoor community and commercial event programs. Prior experience includes significant roles at BCP Council as Head of Destination and Events, as well as at Bournemouth Borough Council, where Jon has held various positions such as Joint Head of Resort Marketing and Events and Director for the Bournemouth Air Festival. Since 1979, education has been completed at Ferndown Upper School.
