Carly Stewart

Carly Stewart is an experienced academic and leader in the field of health, environment, and medical sciences, currently serving as Associate Dean at Bournemouth University since June 2016. Stewart has held various roles including Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology, Associate Professor in both the Departments of People and Organisations and Sport and Event Management, and has been involved in educational leadership as Head of Education and Professional Practice. In addition to academic positions, Stewart serves as Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors for BU Community Business and has fulfilled external assessor and consultancy roles for several universities, including Cardiff Metropolitan University and Edge Hill University. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Sport and Health Science and a BSc (Hons) in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Exeter, alongside various postgraduate certificates and ongoing studies in coaching for behavioral change at Henley Business School.
