Sumana Ray

Sumana Ray is an experienced educator and examiner specializing in English Language and Literature. Currently serving as an Examiner for GCSE English Language at AQA since February 2016, Sumana has also been a Lecturer in English at both Bournville College and South & City College Birmingham since October 2001. Additionally, Sumana held the position of Expert Examiner at Pearson from May 2012 to July 2015. Sumana holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in English & Comparative Literary Studies from the University of Warwick, obtained between 2005 and 2011, and a Master's degree in English Studies from the University of Birmingham, completed in July 2001.
