Ben Thomas

Ben Thomas has worked at Bournville Village Trust since 2022, where they hold the position of Head Of Customer Experience. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they worked at HealthTrust Europe LLP as a Customer Care Manager. Before that role, they held the position of Customer Care Specialist at the same company from 2017 to 2019.

Ben Thomas attended Aberystwyth University from 2012 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
