Chris Feeney has extensive experience in the plumbing and heating industry, currently serving as Gas Service Manager and Lead Technical Gas Engineer at Bournville Village Trust since May 2014, specializing in servicing and breakdown diagnosis while implementing quality inspections. From February 2008 to March 2018, Chris co-founded Ace Plumbing and Heating Supplies, an independent plumbing merchant. Additionally, Chris was the Director of Feeney Plumbing and Maintenance from February 1993 to April 2015, overseeing plumbing, heating, and maintenance services across commercial, industrial, and new build environments. Chris is pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management in Construction at the University of Portsmouth, with prior education including GCSEs from Highfields Science Specialist School and Highfields Secondary School.
Bournville Village Trust
Lightmoor Village is a modern urban village development in Telford. The Village is a joint venture between housing association Bournville Village Trust (BVT) and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). To make sure the Village is a long term success, Bournville Stewardship Services, part of BVT, manage much of the public open space.
