Isabelle Desrosiers

Isabelle Desrosiers, CHRP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational culture. Currently serving as Vice-President of Talent & Culture at BPA since March 2024, Desrosiers previously held the position of Head of Global HR at CCM Hockey from April 2022 to September 2023. Prior roles include Senior Director of People & Culture at Groupe ALDO (2021-2022), Human Capital Director at Telecon (2013-2021), and Human Resources Business Partner at Bell Helicopter (2010-2013). Desrosiers began the career as a Human Resources Generalist at MMC Packaging Ltee (2006-2009). Educationally, Desrosiers holds a degree in Administration des affaires - Ressources humaines from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal.
