Jennifer Sutherland

Jennifer Sutherland has extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness, with a career spanning over 17 years at Collins Aerospace, where roles included Vice President of Talent & Culture and HR Director for both Employee Relations and Talent Management. Prior to that, Jennifer held senior HR positions at Raytheon Technologies, including Senior Director of Employee & Labor Relations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Labor & Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Cincinnati.
