Nika Strzelecka

Nika Strzelecka has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. Nika began their career at Haverford College, where they served as the Program Manager and later as the Interim Assistant Director in the Office of Academic Resources. During their time at Haverford College, they focused on strategic planning, student experience, and collaborated with campus partners.

After Haverford College, Nika moved on to Campus Bubble LLC, an ed tech startup, where they worked as a Customer Success Manager and also handled inbound marketing responsibilities.

Next, they joined ZeeMee as the Head of Customer Success, where they worked on their product called Community, helping colleges and universities engage their applicants and incoming students.

Nika then joined ArtCloud as the Chief Customer Officer, leading product and customer success initiatives, resulting in a significant increase in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and making the company cash flow positive.

Following ArtCloud, Nika worked at Love to Ride as the first Product Manager, focusing on launching their new mobile app and supporting the legacy web platform.

Nika then joined Inclusivv (formerly Civic Dinners) as a Product Manager, where they played a vital role in building and developing the Product & Design team and took the product from its initial stage to being purchased by enterprise customers, including Facebook.

Nika continued their career as a Product Manager at Tourial, where they primarily focused on data integrations with HubSpot and collaborated with teams to improve product processes and collaboration.

Prior to their current role, Nika worked as a Senior Product Manager at SupportLogic, where they were responsible for new product development, PLG initiatives, and transitioning the company to usage-based pricing and centralizing data in Snowflake.

Currently, Nika is working as a Growth & Ops professional at Boutiq.

Nika Strzelecka holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pomona College. Subsequently, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to their formal education, Nika has also obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in September 2020.
