Brendan James

Brendan James is an experienced executive in the fitness and trading industries, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Boutique Fitness Studios Australia & New Zealand since January 2023 and as Master Franchisor and CEO at Club Pilates Australia since June 2020. Under Brendan's leadership, Club Pilates has expanded as the largest Pilates brand, focusing on accessibility and comprehensive instructor training. Prior to this, Brendan worked at IMC Trading from January 2006 to February 2019, progressing from Options Trader to Team Lead/Senior Trader, where notable achievements included rebuilding the Nikkei Options desk and managing the Hong Kong desk. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in corporate, investment, and quantitative finance from The University of Western Australia.
