Henderson Lafond, PMP, has extensive experience in operational leadership and financial analysis across various sectors. Currently, as Director of Legal Operations at Calm since May 2018, Henderson has developed key strategies to enhance legal department efficiency. Previous roles include founding Madison's Closet to support mothers experiencing perinatal loss, and holding significant positions at Startups.co, Zirtual, Republic Services Inc., Darden Restaurants, and A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, where responsibilities ranged from financial analysis to operations management. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Language and International Trade from Clemson University.
