Erika Hurt has extensive experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Erika started their career at Go-Staff, Inc. in 2017, where they served as an Administrative Branch Manager specializing in construction and skilled trades. In 2021, they joined Boutique Recruiting as an Executive Talent Manager, where they were responsible for placing professionals in various fields nationwide. Erika excelled in this role and was promoted to the position of Director of Recruiting Operations in 2023. Erika's expertise lies in finding candidates who are the perfect fit culturally and technically for their desired positions.
