Laurent Smits

Laurent Smits is an experienced professional in project development and investment management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as an Ontwikkelaar at BPD | Bouwfonds Gebiedsontwikkeling since May 2023, Laurent previously held the position of Investment Manager at Focus Real Estate from November 2020 to May 2023, focusing on project development and investment analysis in the Housing, Work, and Care sectors.
