Christian Schouten

Christian Schouten has a diverse work experience with a focus on real estate investment and development. Christian began their career at DBS Group B.V. in 2007 as a Manager of Business Development. Christian then moved on to Bouwinvest, where they held various roles including Ontwikkelmanager, Senior Ontwikkelmanager, and Acquisition Manager Residential. Christian was responsible for acquiring residential properties and managing the acquisition and disposition objectives of Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Residential Fund N.V. In 2018, they became the Manager of Acquisition Management for Residential Investments, and later transitioned to Manager of Acquisition Management for Residential & Healthcare Investments. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Dutch Transaction Management at Bouwinvest, which they started in February 2022.

Christian Schouten's education history is as follows:

In 2019, they attended Nyenrode Business University for a Leadership Development Program.

From 2014 to 2015, they studied at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate, specializing in Real Estate Valuation, as part of the MSRE program.

In 2011, they also attended the Amsterdam School of Real Estate, this time focusing on Feasibility Studies, again as part of the MSRE program.

From 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Science degree (MSc) in Architecture, Building and Planning with a specialization in Construction Management & Engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology.

From 2001 to 2004, they completed their undergraduate studies at Avans University of Applied Sciences, earning a Bachelor of Built Environment degree in Civil Engineering - Constructions.
