Fund Manager Dutch Retail Investments at Bouwinvest

Collin Boelhouwer has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Collin started their career at Fortis Real Estate in 2002 as a Real Estate Manager. In 2007, they joined Bouwinvest as a Senior Asset Manager Retail and later became the Head of Asset Management Retail. Currently, they hold the position of Director Dutch Retail Investments at Bouwinvest, where they are responsible for a prime retail portfolio of EUR 1 billion for institutional investors. Under their leadership, the Bouwinvest Retail Fund has consistently been recognized as the best performing real estate fund in the Netherlands for four consecutive years.

From 2022 to 2023, Collin Boelhouwer attended Nyenrode Business University, where they pursued an Executive MBA in Business & Sustainable Transitions. Collin'scoursework included modules in Sustainability & Systemic Change, Transition, Governance & Practice.

In 2010, they completed the MRICS program at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Between 1999 and 2002, Collin Boelhouwer studied at Eindhoven University of Technology, earning a Master's degree in Real Estate Management and Development.

From 1995 to 1999, they attended Hogeschool Midden-Brabant and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bouwkunde (Architecture and Construction).

Collin Boelhouwer completed their VWO (pre-university education) at Het Scheldemond College from 1989 to 1995.
