Jorrit Sennema

Jorrit Sennema is an experienced portfolio manager with a strong background in real estate investment management. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Bouwinvest since October 2019, Jorrit oversees investments within the firm's Asia-Pacific mandate, targeting a diversified portfolio for the Dutch construction industry’s pension fund. Prior roles include Senior Fund Analyst at Investa Property Group, where Jorrit managed assets for an ASX-listed real estate investment trust, and as an Asset Manager at CBRE Global Investors, specializing in institutional-grade property investments in the UK. Jorrit began a professional career as a trainee at ING Real Estate Investment Management, participating in a comprehensive programme designed for future leaders in the field. Jorrit holds a double master's degree in Real Estate and Urban Planning from the University of Groningen, as well as a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from UC Irvine, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Human Geography and Planning from the University of Groningen.
