Vincent van Gerven

Vincent van Gerven has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Vincent started their career at De Bengel as a Chef-kok, starting as a dishwasher and eventually leading smaller teams. After their time at De Bengel, Vincent worked at Atos Origin as a Business Consultant. Vincent then joined Bouwinvest, where they held the positions of Business Process Consultant and later became the Head of Business Technology. In this role, Vincent was responsible for IT company-wide, overseeing data-driven decision-making, optimizing the tenant journey, cybersecurity, and more. During their time at Bouwinvest, the company's Assets under Management tripled to 17+ billion EUR, and the number of employees doubled. Vincent is currently serving as a Technology Committee member at INREV.

Vincent van Gerven obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Fontys University of Applied Sciences. Vincent then pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Science from Tilburg University.

In 2011, they completed a Prince 2 Practitioner course at New Horizons. In 2012, they further enhanced their skills by attending a course on Communication, Interactie & Managementvaardigheden at Harte & Lingsma.

Vincent later participated in a program called "Inzicht in invloed" at Bureau Zuidema in 2015. In 2017, they began studying for a Global OneMBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, which they completed in 2019.

In the same year, they attended the Global Summit program at Singularity University, focusing on an unspecified field of study. Currently, Vincent is pursuing a program at Phoenix Opleidingen, specializing in Systemic work, Transactional Analysis, and Neuro Linguistic Programming. This program is expected to be completed in 2024.
