What do I like most about my job? The right match between a company and a candidate. It always feels good to help someone find a suitable job, or help a company find the right employee. I've always had an affection for that. I have been working at Bouwselect since August 2020. I work at the location in Leeuwarden, together with two nice colleagues. Originally I am also from Friesland, Heerenveen that is.

I'm always up for a game of football. This was spoon-fed to me by my grandfather and I still enjoy playing it just as much. I am always up for fun activities with my friends and girlfriend. For example, we like to end up on the terrace.

In my work, the skills I often use during my Marketing and Communication training. Due to my marketing-oriented approach, I want the best result for all three parties involved. Hence my quote: “Finding the right match is the perfect result for all three parties.”
