Olivier Tillier

Olivier Tillier currently serves as a member of CESIN since September 2023, contributing to the collective advancement of cybersecurity within organizations. As of June 2023, Olivier holds the position of Responsable de la Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information at Bouygues Construction, overseeing multiple security and compliance units and managing a team of 52 collaborators. Previous roles include Responsable Bureau d'Études for a fiber optic deployment project at Axione, Consultant RH at CEPIG, and Officier rédacteur for strategic planning at the Ministère des Armées. Olivier has a Master 2 in Management d’unités fonctionnelles et opérationnelles from Paris and is currently pursuing professional coaching certification at IFOD. Notable experience also includes roles at NATO and involvement in crisis management training and leadership coaching within various organizations.
