Carl Goard

Carl Goard has a strong work history in various roles and industries. Carl began their career as an apprentice/electrician at the Metropolitan Police Chief Engineers Dept in 1984, where they eventually became a building services electrician/shift charge hand. In 1999, they joined AMEC/Honeywell Controls as a shift leader/site supervisor before being promoted to site manager. In 2004, Carl joined MITIE Technical Facilities Management as a senior contracts manager and later became a regional operations manager. Most recently, they worked at Bouygues as a general manager from 2014 to 2018 and is currently serving as the contract director. Carl has gained extensive experience in leadership and operations throughout their career.
