Philippe Signe

After training in Law and Political Science, Philippe Signe joined the Bouygues group in 1988 as an HR manager in the Pertuy Construction subsidiary. He then moved on as HRD for Subsidiaries in Nancy, Strasbourg and then Lyon.

In 2003, he was appointed Human Resources Director of Bouygues Entreprises France Europe, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction.

In 2010, Philippe Signe extended his responsibilities to Bouygues Travaux Publics before being appointed in 2015 Director of Human Resources Building France in charge of the Human Resources Department of Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France.

Since October 2018, he has been Human Resources Director of Bouygues Bâtiment France Europe, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, present in nine countries and bringing together nearly 10,000 employees.

On April 1, he became Director of Human Resources at Bouygues Immobilier.
