Benoît Torloting

Deputy Managing Director, Consumer and Business Operations at Bouygues Telecom

In 1999, Benoît Torloting joined Bouygues Telecom as Marketing Intelligence Manager before becoming Director of Marketing Development.

He then heads the Consumer Package Market Line, to which Terminal Marketing and Multichannel Customer Relations are added, before being appointed Managing Director of the Bouygues Telecom Clubs Network (RCBT).

In 2012, he became director of B & YOU and digital for Bouygues Telecom before taking charge of the Fixed and Mobile business units on January 1, 2014.

In January 2015, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director and took charge of the Consumer and Pros market.

In January 2019, he took charge of all the General Public and Pros activities, composed of Marketing, General Public Communication, physical Sales and Customer Relations channels, Digital, Customer and Employee Experience.
