Duyen Nguyen

Duyen NGUYEN is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications and media industries. Currently serving as a Product Manager for Set Top Box TV devices at Bouygues Telecom since November 2019, Duyen leads product follow-up and go-to-market strategies while managing marketing projects and product quality of experience. Prior to this role, Duyen worked at GROUPE CANAL + from September 2010 to November 2019 in various capacities, including Chef de Projet Qualite and Chef de Produit, focusing on the deployment and market introduction of canal services, as well as overseeing beta test campaigns. Duyen's early career includes positions at CANALSAT and Groupe D Interactive, where responsibilities included managing interactive TV projects and services. Duyen holds a DEA in Social and Technological Issues and a Maîtrise in Sciences and Techniques, specializing in Hypermedia, both from Université Paris 8.
