Francoise Clementi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience, project management, and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience - Products Launch & Quality at Bouygues Telecom since April 2014, Francoise is responsible for designing and implementing customer journeys for mobile and fixed broadband services, managing a team of 15 individuals.
