Jean-Paul Arzel

Jean-Paul Arzel, born in 1962, is Deputy General Manager, Technical and Network Department, and member of the General Management Committee of Bouygues Telecom.

TRAINING AND CAREER

A graduate of a DESS in Information Systems, he began his career in 1985 at IBM as an operating engineer for the internal network before becoming head of network control and then client project manager within IBM Global Services.

HIS CAREER AT BOUYGUES TELECOM

In 1998, he joined Bouygues Telecom as head of the Network Management Center within the Network Operations department before successively holding the positions of Network Operations Director (2000), Network Deployment Director (2004) then Director IS Development (2008).

In January 2022, he became Deputy Managing Director, Technical and Network Department.
