Papa Souleye NDIAYE is an experienced telecommunications engineer currently working as an Ingénieur Support Réseau BtoB at Bouygues Telecom since May 2023, focusing on diagnosing and resolving incidents in Data, Voice, and Security, while ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to continuous process improvement.
