Boudjémâa Gareche

Boudjémâa GARECHE has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Boudjémâa began their career in 2009 as a Juriste at Cabinet Affane and later worked as a Juriste Corporate - Droit boursier at Suez Environnement in 2010. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as an Avocat Corporate / Boursier / Rémunération des dirigeants at Cabinet IDEFT and as an Avocat - Corporate/Droit des affaires at BGB & Associés. In 2016, they joined Orano as a Senior Legal Counsel, specializing in Governance, Corporate & Securities law until 2018. Boudjémâa then worked at GROUPE FLO as a Senior Legal Counsel and later at Capgemini as a Senior Legal Counsel Governance, Corporate & Securities law until 2020. Currently, Boudjémâa holds the position of Deputy Legal Director Corporate and Securities Law at Groupe Bouygues since 2021.

Boudjémâa GARECHE completed a Doctorate degree in Law at the Université Paris XIII Sorbonne Cité from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Master II degree in Business Law from the same university in 2004-2005. In 2010-2011, they attended the Ecole de Formation au Barreau, where they obtained their CAPA degree in Law.
