Billy Davis

Billy Davis is a seasoned litigator and partner at Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin, LLC, since October 2014, specializing in the defense of professionals and businesses in transportation, catastrophic injuries, and general tort claims. Since March 2021, Billy has served as the Chairman of the Technology Committee for the Transportation Lawyers Association, an organization dedicated to the education of transportation attorneys. Prior experience includes attorney positions at Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP, Pugh, Accardo, Haas & Radecker, LLC, and Montgomery Barnett, focusing on professional negligence, premises liability, and Jones Act claims. Billy's earlier career included roles as a financial advisor and consultant, as well as working on drilling rigs while pursuing college education. Billy holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Civil Law from LSU Law and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Auburn University.
