Alexi Lomidze has a solid work experience in the recruitment industry. They started their career at Hydrogen Group in 2012 as a Recruitment Consultant, where they focused on understanding clients' needs and finding qualified professionals globally. In 2017, Alexi joined Petroplan and held various roles, including Senior Recruitment Consultant, Principal Consultant, and Business Manager. They specialized in Subsurface recruitment, handling confidential positions and executive searches. They also managed a team of consultants and provided account management for strategic clients. Currently, Alexi is the Director of Upstream Recruitment at Bow Resources.
Alexi Lomidze attended the University of West London from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Project Management. Prior to that, they went to Cass Business School from 2007 to 2011, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Management.
