James Kerr is Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Risk Officer, and Senior Counsel at Bow River Capital.

Prior to joining Bow River Capital, James served as Senior Counsel at Janus Henderson Investors, Associate at the law firm K&L Gates LLP, and Assistant Vice President/Associate Counsel at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. James began his career as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Janis M. Berry at the Massachusetts Appeals Court and thereafter, served as Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
