Matt Warta currently serves as Managing Director for Bow River Capital's Software Growth Equity team, overseeing $770 million in assets across two funds focused on middle-market SaaS companies. Prior to this, Matt was President of Digital Marketing Solutions at EverCommerce, responsible for strategic direction and financial management. As Co-Founder and CEO of GutCheck, Matt led the company for over a decade. Matt held the role of General Partner at Village Ventures, investing in early-stage B2B SaaS and medical technology companies. Earlier career experience includes Vice President positions at CyberCrop.com and Koch Ventures, along with a role as Senior Associate at Deloitte Consulting. Matt Warta earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and an MBA in Finance from the University of Kansas.
