Ryan M. Conley

Ryan Conley is an Associate on Bow River Capital’s Private Equity team. In this role, Ryan is responsible for investment research, due diligence, financial modeling, originating buyout, recapitalization and growth capital transactions.

Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Ryan was a Private Equity Associate at Tilia Holdings in Chicago where he focused on investments within the food supply chain. Prior to that, Ryan worked in the Healthcare group at Houlihan Lokey in Chicago, primarily working on sell side M&A transactions within the physician practice management space.

Ryan graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
