Isaac Beadle is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment strategy and management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bow Valley College since July 2015, Isaac leads all recruitment processes for various positions, manages recruitment budgets with significant cost savings, and conducts workshops on recruitment skills. Previously, Isaac held leadership roles in corporate recruitment at Savanna Energy Services Corp. and Calfrac Well Services, where initiatives included developing recruitment strategies across multiple geographies and managing teams of recruiters. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at INTEQNA and Team Lead at Kelly Services, focusing on placements in finance, IT, and industrial sectors. Isaac holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Athabasca University, along with a certificate in the same field.
