Jeffrey Gray currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Pleasant Heights After School Care Association, a position held since September 2024. With extensive experience in child and youth services, Jeffrey is also the Chair of the Child and Youth Care Counselling Program Review Board at Bow Valley College since May 2019. Active in community initiatives, Jeffrey has been a Council Member and Co-Chair for the United Way Council of Champions since August 2016 and serves as an Advisor on the Provincial Natural Supports Leadership Table until March 2025. Prior to these roles, Jeffrey was the Executive Director at Antyx Community Arts from March 2021 to September 2024 and at Cornerstone Youth Centre from August 2016 to March 2021. Additionally, Jeffrey contributed as Co-Chair of the Prevention Sub-Committee for Calgary's Plan to Prevent and End Youth Homelessness from May 2017 to October 2019. Jeffrey managed Youth Programs at the Boys and Girls Club of Cochrane and Area, overseeing vital initiatives such as the "Safe Couch" program. Educationally, Jeffrey holds an Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Worker from St. Lawrence College, earned between 2007 and 2009.

At Bow Valley College our business is adult education. We provide programs designed to help students build their skills through academic foundations, careers programs that last less than a year in Health, Business and Industry, and English as a Second Language training.
