Julie Jenkins

Julie Jenkins is an experienced professional in organizational development, currently serving as Associate Director, Organizational Development at Bow Valley College since May 2021. Prior to this role, Julie worked as an Organizational Development and Learning Consultant at The University of British Columbia and held the position of Learning and Development Specialist at the City of Surrey. Julie's career also includes experience as a Leadership Development Strategist at Pan Pacific Vancouver, where key deliverables included creating a leadership competency profile, and as an HR & OD Consultant at Noise Digital Inc., focusing on organizational policies and HR processes. Julie contributed as an Organizational Development Consultant for Contributing to Lives of Inner City Kids (CLICK), identifying strengths and developmental needs for the non-profit organization. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Adler University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary, along with multiple degrees in Photography, Marketing, and French from Andrews University.
