Lea is a experienced Early Childhood Educator with expertise in curriculum, pedagogy, and inclusion. She is a member of the Alberta Early Childhood Leaders Caucus and on the board of the Canadian Child Care Federation. She brings a wide knowledge of the early learning and care field in Alberta and a commitment to creating sustainable pathways for learners to access ECE credentials.
